We are looking for a skilled, communicative, and solution-oriented welder for our client in Ludvika. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring and improving quality in production – with a particular focus on steel and welding operations.

• Ensure quality requirements throughout the production process
• Perform control measurements and manage measurement protocols
• Work on quality improvements and support the production team with technical issues

Location: Ludvika

Extent: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime

We are looking for someone with a solid technical background in welding and reading technical drawings. You are pedagogical in your communication, enjoy collaborating in teams, and also have the ability to work independently. With a strong interest in production and quality issues, as well as a solution-oriented approach, you will be a valuable resource for both colleagues and clients.

• Good knowledge of steel and strength
• Understanding of welding operations
• Good knowledge in reading technical drawings
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of machining
• Previous experience in a similar role
